Welcome To Regal Cottage Wells-next-the-sea
Regal Cottage is a semi-detached cottage built by the Oddfellows Society in 1885 and converted into the town's Regal Cinema, which closed in 1973.
The cottage is full of character and offers great family accommodation in this popular coastal town, has the benefit of an enclosed rear shingled courtyard garden, as well as both a garage and additional parking space nearby - a real bonus in Wells-next-the-Sea! The Cottage is in the heart of the town – the Quay is 200m away, the Buttlands is also 200m, Staithe Street (shops) are just 100m and most importantly the Beach is 1 mile away.
Superbly located in this traditional seaside town
Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods.
